Community Action Groups Oxfordshire
Sustainable Woodstock is part of the CAG Oxfordshire network, which connects volunteer-led groups working on climate, nature, waste, energy and stronger communities across the county. The network gives groups a way to share experience, avoid reinventing the wheel and work together when an issue is bigger than one place.
Energy & climate partners
We work with organisations including Low Carbon Hub and other local climate groups on renewable energy, community benefit and practical carbon reduction. On Botley West, for example, collaboration has helped strengthen the case for a fairer deal for communities hosting major energy infrastructure.
Active travel beyond Woodstock
The Villages Travel Network links communities including Woodstock, Bladon, Hanborough, Combe, Stonesfield and Wootton around safer walking, cycling and public transport connections. That matters because useful local journeys rarely end neatly at the parish boundary.
